Pair of Marys

Any two people that are insistent on either having their way or having something be what they believe to be right; usually behaving in a nitpicking manner over a matter that is generally perceived to be not that big of a deal.

Originally referring stereotypically to a couple of unhappy elderly women, but now to anyone who resembles the attitude. The name "Mary" is used as opposed to another name because of its progressive decline in popularity; resulting in more older people with the name than younger people.

The term is mostly known from its use in an episode of the The Office U.S.
Stanley, Michael, and Bob are waiting in line, with Bob being the foremost of the three.

Bob's wife comes up to him and seems to try to get in line with him to avoid waiting at the end.

Stanley and Michael see this and tell his wife to go to the end of the line.

Bob then calls Stanley and Michael a "pair of Marys."

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
