Pagalavan

Usually, this term is often used in Asian culture to define somewhat "Unlucky" people. In most cases, it is also used to refer to someone who repels the opposite gender, meaning that they absolutely have zero ability to get into a mutual relationship ,or seemingly "repel" the opposite gender, let alone experience sex with them. When it come to the same gender though, this term is coined to be of someone who is intensely please by sex with the same gender, i.e homosexuality. They are very fond of gay rough sex and think day and night about it.

Jackson : Yo shawty you from Tennessee? Cuz you the only ten I see.
Jake: Nahh who let this guy cook?
Josh: Bro is Pagalavan

Andrew: Dude I need a girlfriend, like for real.
Bastion: Nahh cuz ain't no way your Pagalavan ass getting a girlfriend

Harassment behavior characterized by a one-sided, disproportionate dispute, by a party that was in the wrong in the first place and can't overcome the bitterness of getting punished for their wrongdoings.

The judgement found him guilty more than 15 years ago, yet this jerk keeps his parlavantzas going on his personal blog and in the media.

You have to stop with this parlavantzas, Konstantin! Otherwise things will turn ugly at some point!
