A term coined by a Youtuber named Bricky, formed in reference to the ludonarrative and disheveled parts of the Uncharted game series and its story. It is an acronym used to refer to nonsensical moments of a form of media that an audience knowingly and willfully ignores, perhaps out of enjoyment of the media, or simply not giving a shit.

Paws stands for a premarital anime watching session. This is usually used ironically by non-watchers to make fun of people who do watch anime. Watching anime together is usually an activity done once you are married and paws are looked down upon.

Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
