Used to describe a place, thing, or concept that is favorable, trendy, or held in an overall high regard. The best of the best are considered 'on time', as they are not yet and may never become oversaturated or tired. Similar in vein to the likes of "fire", "heat", or "A1". Can be abbreviated to "O-T" to save time and breath.
