A person who doesn't like any of the individual food elements on their plate touching each other.

Tito made huge deal on Thanksgiving about the gravy running into his cranberry sauce on his plate. He's such a Notouchitarian.

A person who doesn't let their food touch other foods on the plate so that every flavor remains individual.

"Be careful where you put Sammy's potatoes on his plate, he's a nontouchatarian"!
