We are freshwater people, inland salt region people, estuary people, sea coast people, hill people and forrest people. this is an informal way to tell friends or family they have done something thats a bit silly. it's derived from when people used to say 'you nugget' and the sweet 'nougat' that you can buy at seaside places.
