Noun - the feeling you receive when you jam an object, typically the unsharpened end of a pencil, up your nose. Not to be confused with forced blockage of the nasal passageway.

"I, for a second, felt a sensation of comforting nesalphecilia in my left nostril before my mother yelled at me to remove the pencil from my nose."
