The act of giving a job not because they are qualified but because they are related. Generally this job is given without an interview.

Did you see the new secretary? She's the bosses niece and got neputized in the company.

Non Electrical Pop Up Target. The signifigance of that one is only known to the brave guys and girls on patrol. Most commonly used in military service applications.

That guy got blown away like the NEPUT he is.
