Neil and Bob 

Joke usage of two men's names to indicate one on his (or her) knees bobbing his (or her) head - use your imagination to conjure an image of what the second person is having done to them. Euphemism for giving oral sex.

This is not referring to bobbing for apples.

Had a great date last night - we role played - I stood there and she played Neil and Bob.
