A person or thing with African and Black qualities, or referring to a place inhabited by mainly oily black men.
Can also refer to particularly dark-skinned Indians etc.
Relating to the alternate use of the word 'neighbour', referring to a black person.
Etymology - derived from the word 'neighbour' and a joke relating to this word: 'What word begins with an N, ends in an R and your would never want to call a Black person it? A neighbour.'
Can be used as a more socially acceptable form of the racial slur beginning with N.
