A fatty growth on the back of the neck, usually accompanied by short coarse hairs

Teddy: Holy shit did you see the size of teppo's neck boob?
Rose: OMG!! it makes a giant crevice and its trapping her hair!!! Its making her hairs sweaty
Teddy: holy shit come to think of it she has multiple neck boobs....her neck looks like a pack of hotdogs!
