Nebellious 

Adjective; the proper term for "Nelbel" and a term deriving from "Nebellious Maximus Grampus", it is to describe a person who is in a rather grumpy and stubborn phase when they are either hungry or full. A temporary grandpa or gremlin similar to being hangry.
Its always hard to work with that nebellious person after lunch :or: I usually carry snacks with me, since i can get quite nebellious just before the day ends.
