Nakhra

Punjabi for when someone is being too picky. So like in the KFC adverts when the mum tells her friend that their child's a picky eater when she has to drop the kid off at their house, a punjabi mother would say "khan laga nakhre bohath karda aa" (he makes too much nakhre when he eats). Note: nakhre is plural

Girl 1: I want my husband to be handsome, well groomed, intelligent, rich, athletic and be the best at everything
Girl 2: Too much nakhra. Just marry Harpal
