Person 1: Got locked out of the house today, so I stayed in Pret for five hours and did my homework there.

An acronym for "Not Our Problem". Originated in the 2005 Bratz Rock Angelz movie from the "Tweevils". Also a sick early 2000's way to dismiss something as not your problem.

Tweevils: "N.O.P!"

Jade: "N.O.P?"

Tweevils: "Not our problem!"
