Shaming victims of murder, cheering at the violent death of a person, making fun and trivializing murder and not showing proper respect to murder victims so that their families can move on.
1. Blaming a victim for being murdered.
2. Teaching people not to get murdered instead of teaching people, mostly sociopaths, not to murder.
3. Blaming the victim(s) and idolizing the murderer is an example of murder culture.
4. Telling murder jokes and making death threats such as "I am going to kill you!" is an example of murder culture.
