munchcinitis

A fatal disease in which is caused by a munchcin "a little mole midget" that eats your poop, becomes radioactive, crawls up your ass and urinates on your intestines. Symptoms show green glowing urine, explosive diarrhea, herpes, mega herpes, and a munchcin crawling out of your ass slapping your face then saying gurgle snawf.

Um honey a munchcin just crawled out my ass, slapped me across my face, then said gurgle snwaf. Oh no that means you have munchcinitis!
