This is an adopted Spanglish variation of puñeta to refer to masturbating a vagina by inserting fingers or an object in it! It can be done on oneself or by a partner.
Luisa gave herself a muffuletta with an eggplant until she came and sprayed the Siamese cat laying in front of her!
