Its a movement term used in Krunker wherer the players times the jump as late as possible in to achieve more height when jumping.

To get up there you need to moon-jump.

Moon Jumping

The act of jumping onto someone's bed with your pants down and wedging their pillow between your butt cheeks and rocking back and forth vigorously.

Once a common practice in high school and college dormitories, moon jumping is sweet revenge for having been wronged. The full force of a moon jump will not be appreciated until your victim goes to bed. If you've done a poor job wiping yourself, the results can be fantastic.
