A Mexican person who rides a bicycle around town. Not a derogatory term, a praise for those who are smart enough to not drive all the way to the park just to ride their bike, most of whom are Mexican.

Person 1: Did you see that Mexcycle go by?

Person 2: Yeah dude.

A play on the word recycle. Choosing to keep something for self rather than giving it away to someone else.

Instead of turning in the lost wallet, Jesse decided to "mecycle" its contents.
