Metaphive 

A metaphor about a metaphor, a simile about a metaphor, or a metaphor taken to the next level.

"I heard Bob got 6 extra credit points on his paper"
"Why?"
"He used a metaphive"
"What was it?"
"He wrote 'Bob's heart was filled with helium because he just got 6 extra credit points on his paper'"
"So the fact that he actually got 6 extra points on the paper MADE it a metaphive... paradoxical..."
