Memeel 

memeel means when memory or thought just stops resulting in confusion and not knowing what to do and/or not knowing where you are. It can also be used as an adjective to show an image that represents a "no thoughts head empty" format. Another word for this can be a "brain-fart"

mem coming from the root word memory, eel representing a slow thought process (as eels tend to grow slowly.)
