An idividual with an obsession or addiction to cum. The female equivalent is a mecosa. The word is derived from the spanish word for semen, mecos. This word is non-offensive. It is a nice way of calling someone a cum slut.

Penny is quite the mecoso. He's proud and unafraid. Plenty of guys in the community look up to him.
