An entire McChicken sandwich, bun and all, inside of a McDouble sandwich.

The McGangBanger sandwich should look like this (from top to bottom): bottom half of McDouble bun, meat patty, piece of cheese, bottom half of McChicken bun, chicken patty, lettuce, mayo, top half of McChicken bun, meat patty, ketchup, mustard, onions, pickles, top half of McDouble bun.

Unprotected Mcgangbang

A variation of the Mcgangbang sandwich (Mcchicken between the top and bottom patty of a double cheeseburger) where there is no middle bun. Nothing between the chicken and the two burgers, meat on meat, free transfer of grease.

Order me a Unprotected Mcgangbang, it tastes better when my meats touch.

McGangbang

This is a tasty sandwich combination from McDonald's. Off the Dollar Menu you order one double cheeseburger and one Spicy McChicken sandwich. Spit the double cheeseburger between the two patties, and then put the entire Spicy McChicken sandwich inside the double cheeseburger. This originated from Daytona Beach McDonald's Restaurants.

Employee: Welcome to McDonald's may I take your order?
Customer: Yeah let me get a McGangbang.

2 Big Mac Double
2 McFlurry's
4 McChickens
8 pc Nuggets
2 McDoubles
1 Large Coke

Seperate all the big mac patties and stack the big mac pattties on top of each other. Place the chicken sandwiches in between them, place the mc doubles on top of them, then place one nugget between each patty. Reassemble, then eat along with the McFlurrys and your large drink.

McGangbang Hurricane

When you order a McGangbang (putting a mcchicken between the two patties on a mcdouble) and then either a delicious hot fudge sundae or a mcflurry. It makes for quite the meal.

Tom: Can i get a mcgangbang...Fuck it lemme just get a McGangbang Hurricane.

McGangBang

A super awesome burger for the person on a budget, a McGangBang is a McChicken Sandwich in the middle of a double cheesburger from McDonalds. Both can be found on the Value Menu.

Child: "Mommy, what's a McGangBang?"

Mother: "Well, Honey, its when two all beef patties love the same chicken sandwhich very much."
