Not to be confused with a "McDangwich" where the McDouble is replaced with a hamburger

McManwich

Taking a McDonalds dollar menu double cheese burger and putting a dollar menu McChicken sandwich inbetween the burger patties on the double cheeseburger.

Great for if you have the munchies and cheap.

This is a New England stoner favourite.

A term used to express that someone should or does munch/suck dick. When one man actually tried to create such a sandwich to be put on the McDonald's menu, it was, suprisingly, rejected

McManwich

A McManwich is when you buy a Big Mac and a Hot N Spicy chicken sandwich from McDonalds and put the Hot N Spicy inside of the Big Mac. If you want to really go big put some French Fries in there too.
