Liberals that are programmed by the media to believe whatever they say, to react and overract sometimes leading to panic attacks and even violence towards political opponents. The term is based on the 1962 and 2004 movie "The Manchurian Candidate".

My cooworkers are Manchurian Liberals because they believe and react to everything the media says as if they are brainwashed.

Manchurian Headstand 

The act of using a bottle as an anal alcohol injector. A Manchurian Troll is basically anybody who is normally perfectly fine, humane, and hospitable up until they hear a specific triggering keyword which brings out their troll programming. Usually the transition takes place as a rapid and violent conflagration.
