Maitena is the most amazing, beautiful, wonderful, and lazy person you can ever met. She is my pretty girfriend, and for me she is everything, my sky, my sea, my earth, my heart, my body, my moon, my sun, mi love, my whole life. I dont know what to do without her. I love her very very very much, because she is able to make me happy at every moment. Maitena 

she’s the best friend you could ever have, no one would ever support you like her. no one could ever love you like she does. with just a hello she can make me feel like i’m home. she’s my soulmate, my heart's desire, maitena built me a house from scratch that became my safe place.
no one can ever replace her, no one can ever be even 1% of what she is, her warmth and coldness balanced with her rudeness and sporadic displays of affection, is everything you could ever want in a person. it is the best friendship ever. my paris to my rory.

Maitena is a word used to refer to a person who is ambitious, treacherous, envious, competitive, and who does misrepresentation. It is something like what is popularly known as "sharp tongue" or "lizard" (and variations like "snake", "bad woman", "traitorous friend, you never laugh, never cry", etc). It can also be interpreted as that person who "goes in the back" or "stabs daggers in the back".

Surely you know someone who fits the description very well.
But not everything in this adjective is bad, the people that this word represents are also very hard-working, applied seductive and perfectionists. Even so, its negative connotation is more powerful and famous.

She is brave especially when others are not, strong and capable of handling herself, she can show a kindness you can't imagine and is that little bit wild. Maïtena tends to have a wise, deep connection with wildlife. She is naturally good with animals and understanding people.
