An unreleased sequel to the album Madvillainy.
In 2008, MF DOOM (Zev Love X) said: “I’m 85% done” — yet he didn’t drop anything.

Madvillainy 2 didn’t get released because of:

MF DOOM’s slow workflow

His perfectionism

Leaked tracks

His sudden passing in 2020

Madlib announced in 2023, during a podcast, that he was going to work on Madvillainy 2.
He planned to fix some tracks because of their low quality and rough flow.
But in January 2025, Madlib’s house burned down.
That’s why we never got any Madvillainy 2 songs.
