miliogesic

miliogesic (background) - starting off life handicapped & catching up in time, like an athlete at a foot race (gift) or a horse in a steeplechase (race). dedicated to my imaginary friend pi-poo who has been there for me: helping me find my soul mate.

miliogesic - absorbing healthy sounds, nutrients, music and medicine in order to improve one's wellness. meditating occasionally to find inner health & acceptance. finding peace with the universe/higher powers, friends, family & adversity. accepting faith/lack thereof and appropriating that to one's life: attempting certainty in thought patterns: taking into account relevant emotional, intellectual & spiritual (if one believes in that) intelligence. no names allowed here, so miliogesic involves finding guides of any type, & also to help oneself as much as is possible.
miliogesic is similar to 'holistic lifestyle' and most likely could be used as a synonym for it, however just one word!
i had a major head trauma, and i was miliogesic to improve my wellness.
