To be Loc’d out is to feel better than normal, above. Some examples are,

1. Being faded.

2. Big chillin.

1. Man after taking a swig of that 40 and hittin that blunt a few times I’m feeling loc’d out.

2. You know me, loc’d out by the pool sippin on that lemonade big chillin.

Being non shalant, and/or attired in urban camouflage.referring to the dark shades known known as loc's. Means being up to no-good while looking inconspicuous.

"We some loc'd out niggas. Set tripping, 'n banging."
"Look at this loc'd out mofucka. He about to jack these fools son! "
