When anything or anyone gets any negative liberal attention in the essence that a large liberal population has interfered with a person, place, or idea's reputation in a non beneficial way in an attempt to bring them down or change them. In reference to liberals metaphorically biting, or taking a nibble out of someone or something's reputation or good name.

1. The company got a LibNib taken out of it because many thought that the logo of their product was racist
2. Joel suffered a LibNib after Casey misunderstood what he had said, thus spreading the false words about him throughout his whole school believing that it held some "bigoted" values and beliefs
3. The state of California had a LibNib taken from it due to the legalization of weed now present there.

Noun- Someone who manipulates you while being a cunt lip. Someone, usually female, who uses unfair tactics such as turning an argument around on the guy, making hime feel guilty and manipulating that guilt for her own personal gain.
