Noun. Particularly overbearing and sanctimonious man who professes that he cannot eat pastry stuffs because of his blood sugar problems and then scarfs as many sugary things into his hypocritical gob as fast as he can when he thinks no one is looking
"Did Michael have a piece of that cake?"
"Yeah, he did."
"But I thought he was diabetic!"
"No, he's a liabetic."
