The word is derived from Lithuanian word Lavonas, which means "dead-man". It is smart guy with decent salary, but walking around with dirty t-shirts and sweatshirts all the time and doesn't seem to care about it. It may apply to jeans, shoes, haircut, etc. as well.

LaVon
LaVon is a soul crafted to perfection, he is as close as humans can get to perfection. Although he can be very stubborn he is worth the time and effort. He cares heavily for the ones he loves, but is not one to put up with unnecessary bull. He’s definitely a freaky lil thing, always saying things you would not have expected to come out if his mouth. Don’t let the baby-face fool you. He tends to be quite nonchalant but can quickly turn into a energetic person. LaVon also happens to be a night owl, rarely goes to sleep before 2 or 3 am. Like many others he knows how to take a joke but don’t mess with him. LaVon has just about mastered his emotions, you will not get any unintentional reactions from him. Although LaVon may be a little difficult at times he is worth all of the effort you put into your relationship with him. He gives it back ten fold and is truly a great person to have in you life. Lavon Affair
Formally known as "Operation Susannah", the Lavon Affair was a failed Israeli covert operation. For the operation a group of Egyptian Jews were recruited to plant bombs in Egyptian, American, and British-owned civilian targets: cinemas, libraries, and schools. The attacks were made to be blamed on the Muslim Brotherhood and Egyptian communist organizations. The terrorist plot was foiled by the Egyptian authorities, and the agents assigned to execute the operation were arrested.
The Lavon Affair is just one of the many points proving the role of uncontrolled Israeli aggression within the Middle East
