Lagerita

A Margarita cocktail for tough guys. Lager mixed in with the tequila and the Cointreau is omitted. Friends in Sydney tried it at a bar on Manly beach but rumour has it that it originated in the UK (not surprisingly!)

Chill equal portions of Tequila and Lager, add lemon juice and swill your Lagerita!!

I do not currently consume alcohol and I never plan to let it touch my lips for as long as I live, so I dunno why my high-school math teacher insists on our learning about lagerithms.
