Swahili slang word, exact meaning is "your moms pussy". It might not make sense however in the swahili it has a deeper meaning. As Tupac said in one of his songs "Fuck All Yall Niggaz In Swahili" he probably meant to say "Kumamako". In Swahili language it means "fuck you" to another level.
