Kulaong

1. noun — A person who scams huge amounts of money—often targeting hardworking OFWs—and does so with a straight face, backed by a talent for pathological lying. A Kulaong can fabricate stories faster than you can say “padala,” and will swear every lie is the truth… even when everyone already knows it isn’t.

2. verb — to kulaong; to deceive someone through elaborate lies while pretending to be trustworthy.

“Bro, don’t trust him with your savings. He’s acting like a total Kulaong.”
