When something is not at all provocative but a teacher says it is just to make you feel good about your idiotic comment.

Student (being stupid): "What would we have done if Peal Harbor wasn't attacked?"

Teacher (faking interest): "thats a provocative question"

Background muttering: "more like kravontkative... dumbass"
