Kaliningrad
A piece of land completely separated from the rest of Russia.
Prior to Russia owning it It was formerly owned by Germany until its surrender in WW2.
Kaliningrad is modern day Prussia and although Prussia was german Kaliningrad’s demographics is now mostly russian so the likelyhood of Kaliningrad joining germany or being independent from Russia is unlikely especially with Vladimir Putin currently in power.

Kolinkar is fucking amazing. He only seems shitty cuz he's defending himself, and his dad defines him. His mom whoops his ass too, but he's tough af. He gives up, but who doesn't. And he's brilliant and actually really thoughtful.
