Knox Syndrome

to somehow always end up sandwiched between 2 guys, in a homo sexual fashion. often in photos one man will be between 2 in a compromising pose. very often one man will have his ares around 2 other men, in a picture. A Knox Syndrome pic some would call this.

Phil seems to suffer from Knox Syndrome, whenever we go to that bar.

Every time i see Dave he has Knox Syndrome.
