Khelper

Someone who slows or drags others down by asking for help. A play on the word kelp: a type of seaweed that can get caught in a boat's propellor, slowing it down. It's especially appropriate when someone can do it themselves but ask others for help.
Kim's fun to hang out with but in a team, she becomes a proper khelper.
