A Kegetarian eats nuts, vegetables, maybd fruits, mushrooms, milk, cheese, eggs, onions, yogurt, coconut oil, avocados, low-carb energy drinks, sugar free soda, coffee sweetened with sorbitol, and more. In addition, vegetarians also excercise. If they lift weights, they might take a protein supplement such as protein powder in water or protein shakes. High fat, moderate protein, low carb. A kegetarian diet could help you lose weight and keep it off.
