Job Rot

The slow, soul-crushing decay of a person’s motivation, ambition, and mental well-being due to being trapped in a mind-numbing, dead-end job. Symptoms include excessive daydreaming, existential dread, and refreshing LinkedIn out of pure desperation.

The process of a job itself becoming obsolete, pointless, or unbearably toxic over time.
The overwhelming sense of burnout and detachment from corporate life.
