Person A shouts (purchases) something for person B, and in return person B purchases something of lesser value for person A.

I brought Michael a pint of beer before, and he just brought a pot in return! He totally Jew shouted me!

I drove for half an hour in the opposite direction to pick this guy up and drive him to a party, and he pays me back by putting in 2 dollars for a pizza. Massive Jew Shout!!

I am not buying Chris any more food at the pub, every time it is his turn to shout he just Jew shouts me. He is a cheap bastard.
