Jansplaining

The term for a German's strong inclination to share their opinions and insights, often believing that they have a deeper understanding of a subject matter than others. Their persistent need to explain and assert their knowledge can sometimes come across as arrogant or overbearing. However, it's important to note that their intentions may stem from a genuine desire to share information and contribute to conversations.
"Whenever Maria talks about her Mexican heritage, Hans is jansplaining to Maria with unsolicited explanations and corrections, as if he knows more about her culture than she does. Later, he even goes as far as sending Maria an article on Mexican traditions and customs, as if she needs to be educated by him."
