Janei, is basically "yesNO" in icelandic, its a sort of no, but its a bigger no then just no, ist like "humm, yes . . or NOT?!". The "yes" in this being irony which kind of builds up the negativity in the 'no' part.

Jaeish
“Jaeish” is a language-combination of English and the name “Jae” after the oldest member of South Korean band, DAY6.
The language became of importance due to fans’ (MyDay) constant use of the name mixed and incorporated into the original English language. It has later been called “Jaeish” and is used by many.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
