Intrahistory is a term introduced by the Spanish essayist, "Miguel de Unamuno" in the 1890s. According to him, it refers to internal history, a secret history that is not widely known or written about, an unknown and unpopular obscure history, that occurs beneath written history. The prefix "intra-" indicates something inside.
