When you are browsing Instagram and somebody comes out of the screen and grabs you.

Person 1: What happened to Frederick? I haven't seen them lately.

Person 2: They got Instagrabbed.

Person 1: Ain't no way.

Person 2: It'll take a while for them to recover.

Grabbing someone's phone while they are trying to show you a photo or video.

Ryan: Hey Tom, check out this photo I just took of your beard.

Tom: Let me see (grabs phone from Ryan's hand).

Ryan: I hate it when you instagrab my phone like that!
