Ignagence 

"Ignagence" is slang incorporating ignorant but knowledgeable: meaning one has knowledge of a subject but refuses to acknowledge or confirm that knowledge. It's used by people to get out of a task or hide intelligence.

1.Bob has a flat tire but pretends not to know it needs air.
2. Bob gets money.
3. When talking about politics bob pretends not to know what a republican is.
4. Ignagence is bitches.
5. Augusto is ignagent.

(ee-oh-tuh or duh-jence) Portmanteau of iota and intelligence. Means, "very little intelligence". Also, iotagent means someone mentally deficient or lacking intelligence.
