Also could be afraid of Italian culture

A person suffering from Italophobia is known as an Italophobe

May also refer to someone that hates Italy and or Italian culture

Dan: Oh no, please not Rome, I'm scared of Italy...I have Italophobia

The fear of eating tortilla chips because you might choke or close up your throat.

Nick is afraid to eat nachos ever since he thought a chip was stuck in his throat . He now developed dolophobia. We tell him is all in his head.

The fear or extreme dislike of an ignorant and/or arrogant person.

Person 1: "Man, did you hear Karen trying to come at us all rude like that? Karen didnt even know what we were talking about!"
