The word Iannealle was given to a Jamaican girl born in 1998 who was the only one who had that name as a first name. It was a combination of her father's first name 'Ian' and her own name "Nealle" given by a family friend. For several years it had no meaning as it was a novel name, until she decided to create her own definition.
