Spinoff of VH1's hit series, I love the 80's, it consists of semi-celebraties reminissing about the not-so-distant past. Has a very misleading name. Should be called "I thought the 90's were kinda cool when they were happenening but now is the ideal time to make snide remarks about them"
Semi-celebraty: Braveheart is about Mel Gibsonpainting himself blue, and leading the Scots to victory. Isn't that wacky?
A show on VH1. People that watch this show are mainly teens that were born in the early 90's and were actually very young when 90's trends were happening.
Most kids that watch "I Love the 90's" have not even lived through a fulldecade.
VH-1 television series which chronicles the still-too-fresh trends and events of the last decade of the 20th century. The show provides the opinions of quasi-celebrities on the decade's useless products, shitty music, bizarro fashions, brainless movies, worthless television, and other elements of cultural bankruptcy which otherwise would be mercifully forgotten by history.
It's depressing how little things change from decade to decade. The stupid shit on I Love the 90's is pretty much the same as the stupid shit on I Love the 80's which is pretty much the same as the stupid shit on I Love the 70's.
Cigarette: Northern slang for a cigarette, used oft by mashed up mancunian ravers becasue of the resemblance of a hot(electric)stove to the end of a lit cigarette. Originated circa 1991 in the early halcyon days of the rave culture; we speculate during a drug fuelled hallucination by said manc.
'fuck me noel, i am bolloxed, is that a ciggy in your mouth, or the stove from me 'nans kitchen'/
General use: 'Give us a stove you cunt'
